In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted within 3 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at rahmath@unnisa.in within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
4. Package the item securely, including the return authorization number, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
6. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
