- Securely package the item and include the return authorization number on the package.

- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the item is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, exchange products will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
Shipping Costs:
